I wanted to personally reintroduce myself and welcome you to Feel Ideal 360 in Southlake, Texas.
I am a physician with more than 25 years of experience, but more importantly, I believe people deserve to feel heard, understood, healthy, confident, and well cared for. That belief is the heart behind everything we do here.
I created Feel Ideal 360 because I wanted a place where we could care for the whole person, not just symptoms, numbers, or quick fixes. So many people know something feels “off,” but they have been told their labs look normal, their concerns are just part of aging, or they simply need to push through. I believe patients deserve better than that.
What Makes Feel Ideal 360 Different?
Feel Ideal 360 is different because our care starts with listening.
Whether you come in for low energy, hormone changes, weight concerns, skin aging, stress, inflammation, or a desire to feel better overall, my goal is to look deeper. Health is rarely one-dimensional, and the body often gives us clues before bigger issues appear.
